    I'm a 34 year old guy and I wouldn't be able to eat 2.500 kcal in healthy food. It just doesn't fit in my belly xD Yet I'm still overweight… (175cm tall, 98kg) I workout 3 times a week (stationary bicycle + push-ups and some weights), I made myself a standing desk, so I stand at leats 5h a day in front of my pc. I eat a lot of veggies, not a lot of meat, fruits, 1 pack of rice, I don't eat any kind of bread. My daily calorie intake is not more than 1.500 to 1.700 kcal. What is wrong with me, that I can't lose weight :/

    it seems like she eats a lot of fruit in her diet, and i do too!! but everyone always tells me i eat too much and its too much sugar im intaking a day :/ should i eat less fruit? cause i do eat a lot instead of processed snacks
