    I'm sorry to tell you this, but those are not gnochi, hahah, gnochi os actually soft and kind of like a ball, they are usually made of potatoes. weird fact but I just found it funny because like I'm super used to gnochi and that is not it haha

    is this oliv oil, sorry I live germany an I diddnt know this oliv olija, but if it is oliv oil be careful because its very dangerous i you use this to saute because if you do it will be toxic. but very nice Video, I'm from Sweden to and you are the best youtuber I Know😚👍

    Hello Becca!
    Those brown little seeds are called 'flax seeds'. Usually recommended daily dose is a tablespoon of flax seeds to meet your essential, daily nutritional requirement. They are cholesterol free, good source of fibre, aid in digestion..However, whole flax seeds pass right through your body without being digested, meaning your body will miss out on most of the great benefits that come from the seeds, so you should ground them 🙂

    Btw one of those plants is a money plant apparently the more leaves it has the more money you get🌱 and I thought it was cacti as well but I googled it and you can say cactuses🌵💗

    I hate to be a downer, I loved the video however, the colon tea you mentioned in the video, makes you need to go to the toilet because its literally "natural" laxatives. They're quite dangerous for your body to do this as they can brand it as detox but it literally just cleans out your system by making you go to the toilet. Please just be careful 🙂

    Other than that, I loved the video 🙂
