Let me know if you want to see more of these videos! xox, Arshia Breakdown (recipes) of all the meals mentioned: Breakfast – Smoothie Frozen bananas, Frozen strawberries, apples, cucumber, carrots, ginger, spinach & a cup of almond milk. Lunch – Sandwich: Whole wheat bread, spicy hummus, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots & lemon. Lunch – Salads: Tomato, cucumbers, corn, beets, carrots, chick peas, spinach pistachios with dressing on the side.
