WHAT I EAT IN A DAY (vegan) + WORKOUT ROUTINE FOR MODEL PREP

I FINALLY FILMED THIS LOL.
If you’re a current subscriber (hi ily), you already know what’s going on and why I made this video. If you’re new (hi welcome!), this routine is meant to lose upper thigh fat and tone up that whole area, which is a crucial step in me going to see modeling agencies. SO BEFORE ANYONE LOSES THEIR MIND LOL, the diet and exercise decisions I’m making here are *based on the fact that a parent modeling agency has me in a transition phase to prepare my body for LA modeling agencies later this month*. To be VERY clear – there is no calorie restricting here nor will I EVER calorie restrict. I am however only eating when I’m hungry and trying to make healthy decisions.

    workout routine summarised ( this is how i understand it)
    25-30 squats
    40back kicks left leg
    stretch
    40 back kicks other leg stretch
    20-30 lunges per leg
    curl leg under and lift 20 each leg
    lay on side and lift back leg up 40 on each leg
    stretch again
    plank 30 secs to a min
    high plank lift back leg up towards chest 40 on each leg
    circular motions of leg lay on the side front middle and back
    20 front clockwise and then repeat counterclockwise
    20 middle and then repeat counterclockwise
    20 back and then repeat counterclockwise
    stretch between each leg (child’s pose and downward dog)
    30 second plank again

    I want to give you some advice:When you do the glute bridge on one leg don’t let your butt down.I’ve learned that it’s so much better to do them without touching the mat just Close to the mat though(I don’t know If you understood What I’m talking about.I’m so bad at explanations

    When you do the one laying on your side lifting your back leg does it hurt your hipbone? Mine are digging into the floor even with a mat. Any suggestions?

    So are you currently eating to slim down? I love your video and your look, obviously maintaining a weight requires more fuel than losing weight so I'm just trying to workout if you're currently eating to lose or maintain? (Obviously you are gorgeous as is but I know that modelling is a career than you have to work for so I'm sure you know what you're doing and I'm not going to lecture you about not needing to lose) thanks for the video 🙂

    You don't have to worry about lean/bulky muscle when youre doing bodyweight exercises! Using a low weight or none with high reps is what will work more towards being lean, whereas heavy weights and lower reps will make you build more and gain strength. You should really only do static stretching at the end of your workout but you can do dynamic stretching before you start. (:

    I came to see what you eat in a day, but you just talk bla bla bla for 19 mins then make something to eat. The title of the video should had been 'A day in the life of a fashion model', not 'What I eat In a day'.
