The beginning of my 8-week fitness challenge! I also share my vegan macro count for the day, which is going to change again next week. Along with an easy vegan quinoa pancake recipe! My macro count isn’t perfect/ideal I just wanted to share it to keep it real and honest with you guys. Hope you enjoy, stay tuned for updates!

Quinoa Pancakes
100gram Quinoa flour
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Chia seeds + 2 tbsp water
80g carb 43g protein 22g fat

Add a banana or apple sauce if you want some of that sweetness 😉

I am new to *lifting heavy* so don’t go hard on me lool!

Quinoa Pancakes
100g quinoa flour
3/4 Plantbased milk
1 tbsp chia seeds + 2 tbsp water
1 tsp baking soda

If you add protein powder you will need to add more plant-based milk x

    Quinoa pancakes are my new obsession oh my days! Hope you enjoy the beginning of my journey! I counted my macros but I am certainly not saying they're perfect, I just wanted to keep it real and show you the count I had on that day! Bring on 8 weeks! Anyone else doing similar challenges????

    I tried to do deadlifts with a barbell like that and it was too damn heavy I went NOPE im going back to pre weighted barbells that are lighter please

    LOVE your channel, energy and vibe and have learnt so much from you! You always have amazing cooking equipment, please will you do a video on essential items of homeware/ cookware and wheres best to find cheap stuff and whats worth spending a lot on etc! Recommendations for brands and best way to be equipped for all these recipes and meal preps? Hope this made sense 🙂 x

    Excited about the fitness challenge! It shows that you're already exercise on a regular basis, looking forward to the gains! I've started one of my own, no I've got very good virtual PTs on Youtube, and I'm plant-based so I'll be able to eat right. Thanks for the reminder about before pictures!

    Hey Rache is your daily goal numbers accurate? Has David said that it's possible to loose weight and build muscle with 240g of carbs? Just asking because I'm currently trying a low carb vegan diet and it's so difficult but gives great results when I do go high carb I really can't loose any weight
