Veggie Yogurt Sandwich | Healthy Sandwich | Kids Tiffin Idea | Quick Snacks

A very easy sandwich recipe filled with yogurt and veggies . It is a very good recipe for kids tiffin box or evening snacks.

4 Brad slices
Butter optional

Layer 1
1/4 cup Carrot grated
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
– Mix all ingredients .
– Add salt only at the time of preparing sandwich .
– Carrots will leave moisture after adding salt

Layer 2
2 tbsp capsicum finely chopped
2 tbsp spring onion green finely chopped
1 tbsp coriander chutney

Pinch of salt
– Mix all ingredients .
– Add salt only at the time of preparing sandwich .
– Vegetables will leave moisture after adding salt

Layer 3
1/4 cup Hung curd
1 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
1/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp Pepper
1/4tsp Chilli flakes
1/4tsp Oregano
– Take yogurt ( curd ) in a muslin clot and tie it for 1-2 hours to drain out all the water.
– We do not need completely dried out yogurt
– Mix all ingredients .
– Add salt only at the time of preparing sandwich .

Method
– we can ether use toasted bread or toast it later as I did .
– Spread layers one by one on the bread
– cover it with another bread slice .
– On a hot griddle heat some butter n place the sandwich .
– toast the sandwich on both the side with butter.
– This can be done in a sandwich grilled or toaster oven
