Very nice menu for veggies… OR you can serve all the traditional side dishes paying attention to not add meat or items with meat base. For fake turkey, there are alternatives that are tasty.

You can buy milk free puff pastry in most large grocery stores. And Vegan vanilla ice cream is wonderful with the pear tarte tatin

    Hello beth
    I have a little problem
Last year I saw one of your recipes
And I want to remake it
    But I can't find it
It was a "dry" waselnut and chocolate chips cake
In those video you said that you was trying a recipe
And you said that we don't have to put a lot of chocolate chips
    Can you help me??!

Acorn squash originates from North America, so no, not a Thai tradition. It is, however, an excellent adaptation!

Vegetarians do eat eggs, vegans don't. The marshmallow one is correct & vegetarians do eat cheese but the ones made without rennet, vegans don't eat cheese. Vegetarians don't mind using animal products as long as there is no meat, vegans on the other hand avoid meat& animal products

Yes, but people, do not forget about palm oil!!! its production is destroying large areas of forests and wildlife (orangutans just to mention one species, so, ok go vegan if you want but read about the products that have palm oil, puff pastry is one of them (if not made with butter) unless stated. And just to mention 'responsible palm oil' do not exist' Does it? Beth did amazing trying this for you vegans and vegetarians… I love her 💕
