I love how there is a commercial for a state of the art refrigerator of the future for a bunch of fake food just before you bite into a big serving of real, human, natural food. Keep up the good work.

Oh, sorry forgot that you're in Thailand! I guess milk isn't really as common to drink… I know you can buy the milk in cartons on the shelf of grocery stores in Chiang Mai. It's not that cheap though.

Don't forget that even bread, rice, milk, etc have protein in them. If you don't lift weights or anything like that, you don't even need that much protein.

Hey, thanks for watching. I also eat a lot of peanuts and other nuts for protein, but also there's plenty of tofu and eggs available.

Thanks for the comment. Not at this restaurant as all the food is pre-prepared, but if you go to another restaurant in Thailand, you can ask them not to include MSG in your food. There's no really assurance of eating clean food anywhere you go, street food or a 5 star restaurant.

Vegetarian or otherwise,Thai food is not healthy with the way they use too much MSG.also, what is the assurance of cleanliness in the preparation of of all those food from street vendors? just my thought.
