    BTW I think it's silly that everything has to be in French and English in British Columbia. Chinese is more common than French!

    My favourite protein source when I used to calorie count was whey isolate and chicken breast, they are almost pure protein so it gives a lot of flexibility for my carbs and fat sources. Now that I don't watch my meals, I eat everything lol
