Triple Set:
4×8-10 Bicep curl to Lateral Raise
4×30 Switch Lunge Jumps
4×10 Pushups

Superset:
4×12 Cable Rows
4×20 In N Out Jump Squats

Finished with elliptical 20 mins.

    If you could manage to compete while still doing intuitive eating it would be pretty interesting to follow, but if you are going to count calories and macros prepping for it, I would be disappointed, because I love love love your approach to eating intuitively 🙂

    Do what makes you happy. If you want to do one do it! Why the hell not? I personally enjoy watching your videos for your spirit and general life outlook. If you enjoy doing a bikini challenge, then that won't change 🙂 x

    Don't compete! I love your approach to fitness and balance and restriction and comparison for comps is not good for eating disorders! I love watching you because you're not just doing comps like everyone else xx

    Hi josie, I really enjoy your videos but find a couple things Conflicting. I see that you sometimes refer to carbs protein fats and calories in servings sizes (like in the pasta) but you also promote IE it kind of takes away eating intuitively if you are subconsciously looking at calories. You do this a lot even on instagram and other videos and I don't know why you do that I think it's bringing people into diet mentality and its not intuitive. Using spinach as a half substitute for volume is different and would still be eating intuitively I would say because it appears it nourishes your wants and satisfies you just as much if the whole plate were pasta. Second, I don't think you should compete. It mat certainly being back your past behaviors. You would be really restricting to get competition lean and what would you do during peak weak- I would say it would be nearly impossible to do this on IE. We love watching you for your balanced life. We can see tons of others compete but watch you because you dont. Just my humble opinion.

    Girl…I'm all for doing you and whatever you want to do in this life but coming from someone who trained for a competition, I must say it messes with your mind! The food aspect of it, I mean. The training is easy if you love it but the diet can really get to you. I thought I was strong throughout it an honestly the whole prep was fine but after is a whole other story. I was messed up mentally with food for (if I'm being honest here…) a couple years. If you're going to do this just be aware of the whole mental aspect because its not something people share, at least a few years ago when I did it. Maybe more so now though. But you are by no means average. You're a great role model! If you wanna do it then go for it! Otherwise you'll always wander about it. 🙂
