    If our Indian local food is great. So why we Indians are obese and cardiac deseases patient. Our all Dadi, Nani and even Par dadi and par Nani (great grand parents) are high blood pressure, diabetic patient. They have been cooked food in dadi Nani style since ages.

    Thanks for another informative video. I am originally from Mumbai (family is from Ratnagiri), but now we stay in US. So when you say eat local, should I change what I am eating (for e.g. should I consume coconut oil? Since it may not be produced locally, but I did consume it before )?? There is always this confusion about eating locally but then staying true to your roots. Can you please explain or comment on that in any of your videos?

    Excellent your are a gem of a person.Thank you very much.Keep doing like this only.I want to eat grountnut ,groundnut chikki ,pulses,methi but the ayurvedic doctor says you should not eat these as you have sandhi vata,what should I do? Please make a video on plantar fascia(Is it due to sandhi vata),remedy for dryness of eyes due to excess use of computer and mobile.(age group 40-45),how to increase resistance of our body?or how to increase immunity after 40 age ?

    Hi Rujuta , Can you please give us some tips for Vegetarian people residing outside India ?? How do we maintain healthy diet over here since we have access to hell lot of package foods around ? As vegetarians we really have limited options of food around. I live in Canada and cant really tell that I have local food around because most things are imported. Tired of eating breads , frozen food. Can you help us by giving tips on maintaining healthy everyday diet for good health . Would really appreciate your help on this one. Thanks a ton!!
