p.s. even though I'm not a bonified vegetarian – every so often I like to have veggie dishes because I like a break from meat!

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but my cacciatore is very soupy. Should I drain the canned tomatoes and then add a little bit of liquid as necessary? Same think happens with the chicken cacciatore. Very soupy results.

I was not being hostile and I explained the difference between vegan and vegetarian just fine the first go around. Your additional "explanation" was not needed. You must be the type of person who likes to argue until everyone sees it your way. Good luck with that.

I don't see why you had to be hostile. Just like how you were trying to inform her, I was informing you. Also, I don't see how I was "ridiculous." I was just stating that all vegan dishes are vegetarian but not all vegetarian dishes are vegan. It's basic logic. It's like if you drew a diagram: a small circle inside a larger circle. The small circle representing vegan dishes and the larger circle that encompasses the vegan circle would represent vegetarian dishes. So all vegan dishes = vegetarian

Have you ever tried Chicken&Rice Casserole? Well, I don't no exactly what it is, I just no my mom made it, and said it was a chicken&rice casserole… LOL. And it was like… Baked Chicken with rice and she put broccoli in it, it was so delicious. (: Can you make it? Because if you make it different then what my mom did I wanna try it.
