Try eating more whole foods. I had the same problem in the beginning, because I replaced my lack of meats with lot's of junk food. The best way to thrive on this lifestyle is to eat nature's rainbow.

Yes actually you can! Its called the raw food diet! The problem most people have is getting in enough calories due to the volume and abundance of the diet but it is wonderful~

I had the same problem when I went vegetarian. For me, it was because I started eating more and substituted meat by sweets. ^^

I've heard that when protien is the middle man. That the enzymes are used in the body only after a huge amount of energy is used to break doen the protien takes place. why not skip the protoen and go straight to the enzymes. I'm finding more and more that protein edu is a myth. just like the myth that milk does a body good lol

Nuts/seeds, meat/egges is to much fat,
Beans/Gluten free legumes/starches, & fruits and vegetables have high amounts of *bioavailable* protein!
Remember even people that eat animal products STILL supplement with protein powders think about it.

I've heard that you need protein in your diet, and this is very true, as you can acquire these through nuts/beans/egg whites; but I've never heard anyone say you need wheat in your diet. Wheat leads to a TON of health issues!

of course you can. All plants have protein and cave men obviously didn't mill grains! Why would you *need* wheat in your diet, there are no special vitamins that it contains that can't be found in other plants and is usually fortified with synthetics.
