    looks good Laura. is it vegetarian too? If it is, can I skip the poultry seasoning? but what about if it's kosher? still skip the poultry seasoning for veggie seasoning and keep the dairy products?

    I made this today with short crust pastry at the bottom and it was amazing! I also used chicken stock cubes that were vegetarian friendly instead of vegetable stock and it worked perfectly well. Thanks for the recipe Laura!

    This recipe is absolutely delicious! I made it with Marie Callender pie crust instead of puff pastry. This dish would be a great add to any holiday table. I will try some more of her recipes… this lady can cook! The only problem is you will want to eat the whole dish but don't, share because it's wonderful.

    thank you Laura , making this tonight looks so mouthwatering PS If you tap the lid of a new jar on the counter this will break the pressure seal thats making it hard to get the lid off Thanks again

I've actually made some of your dishes, I thought they were hard to put together, but with your instructions and the way you do them, it is way easier to pull it off… This is my dream, to have my own channel like this and share different plates from my country.     This was good but my pot pie mixture came out watery (more like soup). Maybe I didn't cook it long enough after adding the heavy cream . Any suggestions ?

    Hi Laura..Tried this recipe but couldn't find Yams (in Malta Europe), so I put chopped pumpkin. I also put puff pastry on the sides and bottom of the pan as I prefer it that way. Mmmm. Everyone enjoyed it. Tried to upload pic ..will try again..:) Marika

    AMAZING!! Im vegan so for the egg wash I used vegan butter and olivd oil, and skipled the cream and use soy milk. I forgot the gold Potatoe and used broth with no base but still turned out as the best pot pie I've ever had. THANK YOUUUUU!

    So annoying you can not purchase Better Than #Bouillon vegetable base in Australia. I did a search and the best price I could find was $58.95 each.

    Gonna try making this tomorrow, with earth balance butter and silk soy creamer instead of heavy cream to make it vegan, might toss in some chickpeas too… I bet it will be delicious!
