So it’s been frustrating for me to see this constant war between Vegans, vegetarians and Non vegetarians.

Especially in Fitness Industry, it has become like a trend or a fashion statement to call yourself a Vegan or a Vegetarian. I knwo we all want to save animals but just blindly accepting the fact that by claiming your Veganism and claiming to be protector of the Animals will solve the problem. Rather the consumption of animals and animal products has increased dramatically within the Last Decade.

What’s the reason ? Even when more and more people are becoming Vegans and Vegetarians, why is the animal mortality rate going high? Well it’s not as simple as we think. So here’s my take on who is right and who is wrong !

Abhinav Mahajan is an Internationally Certified Elite Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist. Along with having more than 8 years of Experience in Fitness and Bodybuilding he also happens to have worked and traveled Internationally as a Fashion Model for over 3 years.

    This was a great video so glad to see your views on veganism but only 1 questions if you are compassionate about animals as you said and you also tried veganism for a years and also you gained mussels ls then why did you left veganism?
    I have also completed a year on veganism and I follow your sintefic series of workouts and I am getting results. But do tell was that about PROTEIN /CRAVINGS /or something else why did you left veganism?

    Well, I'll tell you why Veganism is the right way. The thing is that we do not need to kill animals for our survival or health purposes. The animal based diets do not contain anything specifically that justifies the pains and sufferings they go through to reach our plates. The bottom line is that we are causing pain and sufferings to the animals when we don't really have to. "Arguments never end". May be but it's not all about the argument. It's more about the effort that we vegan's have been putting in to make the world a better place. If people in the past had given up thinking that same thing, our society would never have got rid of things like slavery,child marriages and sati-system. Think!! brother…Think!!

    “people love to hear good news about their bad habits.” This article tells you everything about B12 deficiency in both meat eaters and vegans/vegetarians. It happens because of your body. Well read people know that B12 should be taken from fortified foods or isolated forms. This man hasn't even done his research.

    Also, about 50% of people who suffer from B12 deficiency are meat eaters. It's not about the source of B12, it's your body's absorption. You haven't mentioned one credible source. This is so non-credible and dangerous, your video.

    What a terrible terrible video. And I am not even talking about it with respect to veganism. It is such a poorly researched video and so biased. First of all, you are not an animal lover. You eat animals, how can you love them? Secondly, you have such poor research, man. Jeff Cavalier from Athlean-X gave an unbiased review stating that gains can be easily made on a vegan diet which would probably be more healthy for your body.

    Have u ever read evolution of man. Homospepian humicans was carnivores but homosapiens sapiens was not vegetarian. These non-veg trediction come from Europe and north america where veg was not found.

    Hey man great video, i am a vegan but never take it as a pride(-ve one) it's kinda necessary for us now, for planet and specially for the animals and talking about supplimnts we have all thing vegan now (B12,Protien,Minerals,dha etc).
    PS: Vegan for ANIMALS, ENVIRONMENT HEALTH,JUSTICE…
    Non VEGAN for : Taste, Culture, Misunderstanding (Health)

    Abhinav we dont have body parts .mouth structure and taste buds evolved to hunt/ taste meat / eggs. Our anatomy is suggestive of us being Herbivores . Drinking Milk from another animal is plain darn silly. No other mamal does that .

    many just want to eat animals because they of the so called nutrient myth that you are propagating …its baseless . Except b12 that everyone should supplement , not just vegans .
