    This is amazing! I'm following a non-keto vegetarian/pescetarian diet right now and I feel like I'm only eating carbs and might die soon. This is exactly what I've been looking for to balance my body's needs to be on keto but my ethical need to not eat animals.

    Girlfriend I feel your pain about the raw spinach. I used to be “soooo not a fan” of raw spinach but then I started to force myself to find a dressing that I liked that would help me to change my mind. I found fresh lemon juice, small amount of acv and avocado oil and salt and pepper and if u like spicy then add some tobasco!! Omg!! Completely changed my life on spinach salads and it’s the best for you because of the potassium you get from the spinach. And it’s so much easier on digestive than regular lettuce.

    I got a little worried for you when you put the hemp powder in your coffee, lol. I really love the RX bars for when I'm starving and need something semi healthy, probably too many carbs for you but in a pinch they are tasty.Those wraps are so different, how intriguing. All your food looked soooo yummy (especially that frittata, mmm I love making those)!!! You're really selling me on this book, haha!
