Jasmin and I make a vegan sheppard’s pie using Yves veggie ground.

Ingredients for a 2 person serving:
1 packet of Yves veggie ground
1 onion
1 can of peas
1 can of carrots
mushrooms
8 medium potatos
nutmeg
your choice of plant based milk

    That plastic-wrapped stuff looks terribly processed and mass produced. How far did it travel from the factory to your plate? Fresh, local seasonal vegetables are also much healthier and better for the environment than tinned stuff.

    We use Yves brand also. Instead of peas/carrots like that, we microwave potatoes with carrots, onions, etc. and mash it all up. #VeganOver50 #GoVegan
