Vegan & Gluten free Spaghetti
1 package of gluten free brown rice speghetti boiled in 4 quarts of water

1 bag of ground meatless meat (wholefoods)
Cook in skillet with 2 table spoons of coconut oil for 5 minutes

1 half cup of Mezzetta Home Made Tomato & Basil sauce in a sauce pan for 5 minutes

Mix it all up and enjoy.

This meal only takes around 10-15 minutes to make.

    Why not sprouted wild rice with sprouted quinoa fresh, maybe some real peas and.a.avocado instead.Of.sunflower oil, some.fresh tomatoes and seasoning, I know it's easier for all the lazy people to buy prosseced food keeping all the plastic ackaging trash flooding into our world. But come on let's do it the right way if were going to take.it this far, be the best you caN be with the resources of today. I'm guilty of eating poison at times too.But this is your purpose to inspire and.educate. thanks for the motivation!
