    Its not a secret to drain the water out, the true secret is to first freeze the tofu before draining it!😌

    If I put the tofu in my pizza (which I cook at 250°C / 480°F for 15 minutes) will it cook?

    Omg, I've always disliked tofu (even though I've been vegan for a while now and really wanting to like it). This simple coating & baking made it AMAZING. I couldn't believe it!
