thank you so much for your ideas! i am definitely making oatmeal with banana for morning and also buy black beans and lentils – i never tried lentils but i am going to try it. i can't wait to make the patties from beans and i love to try peanut butter and shoyu.
and these are so nutritious. i will definitely make these. thank you!

91 cents isn't a lot to the farmer who sweated over your onion for months to harvest it and deliver it to your local store. Kinda cheap really. I'm more the overt, in your face, "not giving a fu@k methods," far more effective, lol. Maybe I should write a book? Amazing watching you work! I'm learning so much from your cheap, lazy ass, lol. I kid because I love! ;-0 Only 8 months vegan, I need all the help I can get. To interest you in my post, let me just say: PEANUT BUTTER!!! I like the idea of prepping meals for the week, but I admit, I'm lazier than you…I cook when I'm hungry…okay…starving to death!

TIPS! (For if you don't have a food processor) If you put the pb in the bowl first and add in your liquid in steps while you mix it with a fork your mixture comes out smooth.

    1.add on
    2.add splash of liquid
    3.mix
4.repeat steps 2 and 3 interchangeably until done
(the peanut butter might seize up and become harder to mix. Idk why but it's done that to me before but just keep adding. Use water if you run out of your base or don't want to add to much of something like soy sauce, but want it thinner.)

Also: Beans and lentils are easier to smash by hand when they're warm. (If you don't have a masher and your batch is too big to even bother trying to use a fork, use your hands!)

(I've done it, it's not weird promise. These are back to basics my friends.)

My first time on your site. Really enjoyed this video! I really want to try the oat cakes and the PB cookies. I can see how an onion would have been good in the bean balls and several other recipes. I’m inspired – thanks!

Being vegan is great and all, but you might want to watch your sodium intake in all of your meals. And try not to act all ghetto with your language, it isn't you and doesn't fit you.

I am 55 years old, I have been a vegetarian for a long time, with occasional cheats. I am a stress eater of bad foods. I feel guilty for eating meat. I feel bad from toxic food sources. So I decided after a great deal of research online about animal abuse. I cannot eat an animal again even if it means I will die. Enough said. Thanks for this video. I need help learning how to put things together that taste good.

I would love to be vegan (never been a fan of meat at all) & this made me realize that I actually can on a budget. If you’re able to make $20 work for a whole week, I’d say I could do it too. Highly considering it! (Currently transitioning to vegetarian right now so I don’t ruin my immune system)

Just wanted to say that when I meal plan I only do five days myself. I found that planning 7 days we'd have more thrown out leftovers. So planning five days I can mix leftovers on the last two days.
