It’s really creamy, completely sugar free and very satisfying + it has a special ingredient that will boost your fat-burning metabolism!

    I love this recipe! So light and refreshing, which is nice when you live in Texas and it’s 100 degrees outside. I make it into 8 servings and, per Cronometer, it’s about 4 net carbs per serving (I use canned coconut milk) Eating a serving has never thrown me out of ketosis:)

    Chia seeds are not far of porridge per 100g when it comes to carbs. So not really Keto unless the rest of the day you eat virtually no carbs. Looks loverly though but the search for a good high calorie low carb breakfast continues.

    Title would be more accurate as lower carb/ higher fat vegan recipe. Not keto though as it is not keto.

    Wow usually chia puddings are slimy which is a huge turn off but this recipe look creamy and delicious can't wait to try it
