I hope this helps some of you out. Quite a few of you guys have kindly asked that I show what I eat in a day. This is a high protein full day of eating for those that are vegan. I have a high metabolism and am extremely active so my calories are higher than most especially since I am more of an ectomorph. When I am counting calories (which is rarely) I stay between 2500 and 3500 depending on my fitness goals. I generally dont have to track too much as I have been doing this for long enough to have a decent sense of how much accounts for what. As far as living Fluoride free I try to as much as possible but of course taking showers and other factors are unavoidable to contributing to some exposure to fluoride.     Loved the video, but confused about why you have disdain for microwaves and fluoride lmfao. They aren’t even bad or unhealthy when used appropriately. Moderation, variety, and balance are the key. Nothings bad in moderation it’s like saying we’re gonna live water free because water is bad for you. Yeah water is bad but only if you drink too much of it can it kill you, but in safe amounts it’s relatively safe. And that’s with anything in life. Anyways good on bringing vegan awareness and how it is possible to get meals with high protein and carbs for gains.

    Hey Bro, I like the stuff you mention in your page it's hard finding high calorie vegetarian meal. Just wanted to point out that Flouride can NOT be removed via a physical filter (brita/refrigerator/etc) . Reverse Osmosis doesmt remove Flouride either. Water bottles that are natural spring water are Flouride free. Dasani aquafina etc are just filtered water.

    Oh well. Our teeth arent designed to eat meat. Case closer for me. Cultures in colder areas nearly HAD to eat meat to survive. Letting it go is a challenge on many levels. But our teeth show the real deal. Lol. Most that believe in evolution should be challenged as to why apes and monkeys DON'T eat meat…….?… crickets…. if creation is real man was known not to eat meat by and large till AFTER the flood. And those were advanced civilization pre flood. Makes you wonder which way is more in line with our "design". Lets face it. Nothing is healthy about the blood of any other living being as consumption material. All kinds of beastly results.

    Microwaving food is fine, it’s “microwaves” not xrays, the radiation is not ionising and merely causes water molecules to oscillate, due to their polar nature, this kinetic energy is converted into thermal energy. If your going to make claims, fine, but at least do the research first, it benefits no one spreading false information
