    Looks good. I'd probably swap some stuff out though. I'd have spinach instead of hashbrowns. You can make bread with cauliflower too. Not sure if that would work in this case.

    Have you ever tried making shiitake bacon? If you grill it long enough it reallyyy tastes like bacon!

    I'm trying to become vegetarian- struggling a bit with a husband who loves any and all meat. What are the primary ingredients in the meat substitute products? Are you getting a large amount of soy from all of this? It looks delicious, I'm just a bit curious with all of the not so positive research coming out about soy.
