I thought Soy (Tufu) isn’t good for you?

I saw in the lipid profile of this meal the omega 6 to 3 ratio was more than 7 to 1, probably because of the soy. Care to give your opinion on that, as far as what is target for the entire day? I assume you want it a little better than that, but again, this was only one meal. Thx in advance.

Jeff – many of your recipes use Tofu/Edamame, soy products What do you think about the fact that 90% of soy in US is GMO & also that Soy enhances Estrogen?

I absolutely love your videos and thought to ask you a question regarding vegan lifestyle. I’m a vegetarian for over 5 years and vegan for 4 months due to acne caused from dairy. My husband is still eating meat and is afraid to consider vegan “diet” because he thinks that many vegan men are bald or lose their hair. Could you please make a video about it? It would be much appreciated and so helpful because I’m very confused. Thank you!

The only problem is soy! Too much of it is not good. I could just eat insects for protein. You cook them of course.

It looks really good! But isn't 2 grams of sodium alot for one meal?
With all respect of course, big jeff!

I really think we as low Fat Vegans should stop pampering the "Where do you get your protein" crowd they either don't care to look at research or just making a lazy excuse. Let's move on. Great video by the way brother.

Do you take any digestive enzymes to help you absorb your food better?, and if you do which ones do you take.

What should vegans eat for an extremely strong yeast infection of the stomach? Any reccomendations? Also do you recommend particular supplements? I ask you because I feel you have way more vegan knowledge than many other youtubers. Thanks!

Your meal was even more nutritious than the video shows because you didn't log the nutritional yeast in cronometer. So you got about 1/4 of your daily B12 in that meal too! Thanks for a good video and your good vibes.

Omg! I struggle to get 40g of protein a day. I had weight loss surgery and struggle to find a balance between my macro and micro nutrients. I wish I'd discovered veganism before surgery. You're looking great
