For the macro count, do you include fiber in your Carbs measurement? If yes, shouldn't you count carbs by removing fiber? Please advise? I am still new to the meal prep.

Perfect. I do the same thing. Tahini is nice to add to this, and also a handful of ground sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Thanks xxx

Add a table spoon or two of vinegar to the lentils and some onions just to elevate it a bit:)

Love these vidz man, just wondering if you could do a budget video that's more calorie dense, say 700 /800 calories per tub. 4 to 3 meals worth. I'm more of an ectomorph and wanted to put on a bit of mass.

If I eat lentils without leaving them in the water at list 5 hours I am gonna have a massive stomachache and fart like crazy.
But if I put them in the water few hours and then cook them absolutely no problem! I love red lentils !
