*** About Me ***

I’m Paul Kerton. Personal Trainer, Vegan Nutritionist and Public Speaker. Not so long ago, in a misguided attempt to try and grow muscle as quickly as possible, I ended up eating more animal products than probably anyone you’ve ever met. Through research, I came to learn the deleterious effects that eating even quite trivial amounts of animal products has on one’s health and through personal experience, I found that far from being a hindrance to sports performance, a well planned vegan diet is actually optimal! Then with an open heart, I looked at how we treat animals in order for them to end up on our plates and it shook me to the core. I could not believe that for so long I fell for the lies that others tell us, that we tell ourselves, in order that we perpetuate this destructive behaviour. Destructive to ourselves, the beautiful, intelligent sentient beings that are here with us and indeed our planet. To try and put right my part in all of this I was compelled to overcome my fear of being filmed for YouTube and television, appearing on the radio and more recently public speaking. On a spiritual level, I’ve come to realise that my fellow man too is suffering. If I won’t see harm come to a chicken I’ve never met then why would I be unkind to my brothers? If someone is being aggressive or unkind toward me, surely the suffering inflicted on them in the past is simply spilling over? Do I want to add to that, or can I step out of my ego long enough to forgive them and maybe break the cycle of negativity? This former, quick to anger “meat-head” bouncer has been on one transformative journey!

I loved this. I buy a lot of the same stuff, just need to cut out the few meat replacements really. Nice to see I know I’m not too far away from a whole food diet now 😊
Beetroot juice going on my list
I need a second fridge. Buying all those greens I’ve to play Tetris getting everything in 😂

Nice you just gave me some idea's to have laying in my kitchen, thank you! Also I was wondering why do you supplement B12 when you got a big tub of nutritional yeast which has more than enough for daily needs of B12?

great video as always! I subscribed recently.. I did have a question.. do you have a macro nutrient calculator you recommend? Sometimes Im not sure exactly what my protein/carb levels are using beans/lentils/etc.. When i would bulk and cut in the past it was a easier on the macros but being plant based im almost always thinking… "Am i eating enough? or am i eating too much?" Im still a newbie on this compared to others lol Thank you!

Beetroot juice I will give it a go.Before I went vegan I used to love bottled juice from the supermarket but I can't stand the taste of them now.Water with lemon slices is really nice.Nicer than fizzy pop.I grew up with cordial too but I don't like them anymore.Always enjoyable, I learn something new everytime from you Hench & Gemma. Where is your 'Oh god damn'? it's really funny and it gives plant foods the Hench seal of approval!.💗💙💪👊💥😊

Have you ever thought of doing a bunch of progressively bigger collabs with youtubers to get more exposure?

This kind of information is absolutely imperative to get out, i think if you got in good with AlphaDestiny who is pro-vegan and gradually moved up to Omar Isuf through the help of someone like Clarence Kennedy (who is vegan btw) you’d do amazingly.

You’re a great person, Paul, you 100% deserve all the popularity of the big guys and more.

Dear Mr Nutritionist 🥦🌹! We wll go test our plantbased family for d zink b 12 etc etc. For how long should we let the supplements rest in the cupboard and not touch them before heading 4 the lab?? 🙏🏽🌸🌸🌸

Yeah I find it very hard to find the vegan version of blue spuralina. Yes please recipe video. Green hot sauce that is interesting, is it any different to the red one in ways of taste?
I found out the Sriracha with the rooter on it is not vegan so I stopped having that one straight away because the sugar in it, isn't vegan, I would love to find one that is vegan so I can have it on Tofu once in a while.
You and Gemma had the ultimate vegan kitchen, I wish I could have that many vegan products.

I like how you faked the modest flat set. "I'm just an ordinary bloke like you." Haha! Everyone knows your'e geting funding from big broccoli, The Carrot Conglomerate. Not to mention the Cauliflower Corporations. I always wanted to say, not to mention, and then go ahead and say what you weren't going to mention.

SERIOUS QUESTION: do you have ANY IDEA WHATSOEVER just HOW MANY animals are COMPLETELY DECIMATED in order to produce bean crops? Let alone other crops?

VEGANISM doesn’t “save the animals” pal. Far from it. Stop saying that.
