    Also, i really enjoy puffed rice from Coles and Woolies to mix things up. It's a high volume, low calorie food with decent macros and tastes a bit like popcorn.

    AK, you're doing amazing! I know, it was only day one, but still. I feel bad for the other competitors. I think MFP is great for tracking macros, but i feel sometimes it is too generous for calories burned from exercise. What do you think? ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ธ
