Hi Guys,
are your kids picky eater? is it difficult to make them eat all veggies? being vegetarian make you think your kid do not get enough protein? watch this video and and you will get answer to all your questions.this vegetarian soups is tested and certified by moms.
I have a picky eater at home, and trust me if my daughter eats this soup you can make your kid eat too….If you like this video then do not hesitate to click on the like button and please please subscribe to my channelSo lets get started .to make this Veggie soup you can add any pulses, legumes and lentils.i have taken brown/red lentil (masoor), split Chickpea(channa Dal), green Gram (mung dal)Split pigeon peas or (toor Dal) and fenugreek seeds (methi seeds) you can pretty much use any lentil(dal ) you have in house. add a water and cook it in pressure cooker till 4-5 whistle or until it become mashing consistency now it is time to choose Veggies i have taken onions, Broccoli, shredded carrots, shredded radish, zucchini, cauliflower shredded squash/ pumpkin , tomato, spinach, and bottle guard, or lanky go crazy on veggies you can use any veggies that you have in you home.Then Heat a soup pan add some butter or Ghee, then add hole black pepper, Cumin seeds and dried red chills, i m skipping those as i m making this soups for my 4yr old.add some hole cloves and add onion followed by all veggies. stair it for some time , and cover the lead and let veggies cook in its own juice on low flame for few min. add cooked lentil and let mixture cook another 2 min. at this point you can add red chillies powder if like it spicy but i m skipping it. add vegetable stock or water to soups, followed by basil or parsley and let it simmer for 10 to 15 min.stair it in between.
