    Are bhai kitni golyan khate ho din main kreatin booster aur kitni baar din main protein shake pite ho ? Jitna protine tume din main chahiye uske liye tum din main ik kilo daal aur ik kilo dahi piyo phir bhi pura nahi hoga aur vegitarien kreatin to milti hi nahi hai logo ko bewkoof mat bnao apne suplements ki video bna kar logo ko sach btao ke yeh tumari body daal dahi se nahi suplements se bani hai aur suplements se body koi bhi bna sakta

    Takes 500gm whey/day which is insanely expensive for any average indian Joe. Don't fall for his advices. Vegan diet will get you nowhere even in 5 years.
