    I don't know whether you've talked about this in another video, but do you struggle with a diastasis at all? I had full term twins nearly 5 years ago and the DR remains! It's not the end of the world, but it does make abdominal exercise a little more tricky. From one VEGAN TWIN MOM to another, you are doing the right thing taking care of yourself and feeling good is key.

    i just started intermitent fasting 16 hours fasting/8 hours eating with 2 or 3 meals and so far im seing good results without workouts just normal life but will see in combo with exercise how its gonna be,the late night eating,extra snacking and lack of sleep were the biggest factors to keep the weight on

    sorry this is off topic from your video but your not alone I have a 1 and a half year old that refuses to eat meat of any kind. I'm not vegin neither is my husband. kids make their own choices we can't force them to eat what they don't want. maybe you can give me a few meal recipies to try out for her I don't really know whet to give her most of the time

    Without bananas in the house you could try 1/2 cup of unsweet apple sauce (1/4 cup to rep 1 egg) and it works good too. I use applesauce to replace eggs in my pancake mix i buy at walmart
