We know from science and medical doctors that vegan diet is optimal for human health. I hope people think beyond just their own health and acknowledge the true victims of non veganism or carnism. I'm vegan solely for health reasons too, not my health but the health of the animals. To me the essence of veganism is about animals and the planet, and less about ourselves. We all need to stop self obsessing so much and focus more of our energy on helping others, animals and the planet which will benefit all of us in the big picture.

I’m 65, and take no prescribed medications. I plan on using that money for other goals. When I was in my early 60s, I was faced with a decision, pre-diabetes, cholesterol meds, etc. I told my doctor, no thanks, I’ll try something else first. That something else was no animal products, results were wonderful! It was easy for me as I never cared for meat to begin with. I only ate it because of the ‘protein myth’. When I realized I didn’t have to consume meat, I felt free.

Nick Delgado has a range of supplements that he sells to vegans. Not saying he has any conflict of interest though. Fucking quack.

Its amazing to me how many people refer to how ancient man was somehow healthier. What a joke. Seriously poor logic is taught nowadays, if it is taught at all.
