    Watched this and the full day vegetarian eating video. Was hoping there could be more details please veere

    1. how do you count the macros of different daal/ sabji etc. Some of these are already counted on fitness pal but most aren't.
    2. are there specific daal/sabjis for specific fitness goals; muscle gain vs lean. ?
    3. do you eat dehi (yoghurt) as per normal/ less/ more.
    4. what are some healthier indian snack options since pakore, samose etc are just deep fried … (if there are any). Currently I just stick to western snack products + nuts and veggies?.
    5. what type of oil do you use for thorka?
