    Thank you for the information. Just went to doctor stating that I am gaining muscle and looking stronger. I completed 500 diamond pushups along with Ab40 workout for two consecutive weeks. Now, I'm being consistent and not slowing down.

    good video, but i'm really surprised not to see chickpeas or French beans on the list. good to see tempeh up there but literally cant find it anywhere in the UK. watched lots of your vids and good to see somebody else who is passionate about nutrition!

    Isn't Leptin the hormone which signals our brain about satiety?Glucagon plays opposite role of insulin that is too maintain blood glucose level by signalling liver to convert stored glycogen into glucose and release it into blood stream when it is too low unlike insulin which brings down blood glucose level when it spikes up.Or Glucagon have multiple roles?

    What about the gimme lean meat alternative products? I love their sausage and hamburger crumble? I have those mixed with tofu. I don't like tempeh, I have tried to like it and just cannot. I feel I am not getting enough protein though, but I eat a lot of tofu. Like a block a day. Is this bad? No meat for me please.
