Vegan is going to be hard for me since I eat meat for most likely of my life. I'm 14 years old. I know I'm young. But I'm in 9th grade and I want to make a change to my body now. Not later. So wish me good luck. Giving up is weak and I am not going to be weak I am going to develop this as a lifestyle.

Will I Am reminded me of my story. My pain doctor told me water and healthier food wouldn't help my pain, but he wanted me on epidural steroid injections and pain meds. Huge red flag. Since then, I set out to heal my cervical spine. It will take time. But, I'm not quitting. I've been plant based for one year now. I love how I feel. Pain made me stronger. 💜💪

Use to have a negative view of vegetarians until I experienced multiple gout flares on a monthly basis for 6 months. Finally made the life style change. My uric acid levels are now under control and no more flare up. My skin cleared up and noticed that my eczema is gone also. Lost 35lbs and feeling great.

I've been wanting to go vegan for a year now that to vegan gains. It was a love hate relationship at first with him. Found the guy very obnoxious and annoying however with facts presented being a logical individual I couldn't ignore it all. I believe veganism is the way to go. For the animals, for our health and for the environment. This is it. Starting tomorrow I'll do my best to initiate the lifestyle. I already make vegan protein vegetable as well as fruit/protein shakes for breakfast and lunch so I'll carry it on for dinner in substitute for the meat I eat. I need to do this. I know it's right.

I was a vegan from june 17 till december when I had to go to hospital because I had started drinking lots of alcohol ( very stupid ! ) and there I got a carnivorous diet for three months and became more ill , since march I gradually went back to being vegan and it's a month now and I never felt better and no more vodka for me , just a great plant-based diet !

I pupport idea that we need to eat more fruits and vegetables, and less meat, but do you now why we have brain like we have? Is because of meat. Research history of humans, and type of our digestion system who is more like carnivorous. Of course, we eat industrially processed food, who is garbage, and diet with lot of plants is best way to detoxicate, but on long term we need meat.

I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian, but I just haven't made the leap to veganism. Laziness? Overwhelmed by vegan recipes? I'm not sure. How about making a video for folks like me (vegetarians) who need some encouragement to take the next step and go vegan'?

Animals were made for us to eat. I, personally, subsist on only eating animal eyes since they taste like lychee.

    Amazing video!
Although I´m not exactly vegan, I´ve done many changes in my diet for the very sake of non humans:
I´ve been a vegetarian for more than 18 years now (on November it will be 19 years exactly) for those wonderful beings we call 'farm animals' and I had already given up drinking milk out of food intolerance when was 30 and had had to quit eating eggs even earlier, at 25, for the same reason. Nevertheless, I would only give up consuming butter and cheese (both my favorite dairies ever) when I saw videos about the dairy industry in mid 2010 and realized not even small producers could spare the cows from the cruelty which such amount of milk production leads to.
However, I´m totally in favor of the responsible consumption of eggs, as long as they are obtained from hens raised freely as pets and obviously taken good care of, being allowed to live and die a natural death. And, of course, the eggs must not be fecundated, in which case they are just ovules and not zygotes.

I´m also in favor of consuming honey as long as it´s produced by responsible beekeepers who sell it on a very small scale, thus allowing the beens their due portion of their hard work and also treating them with the due love and care, something I do believe to be possible and to actually happen with some beekeepers who really love their bees.
What matters in the end is that all branches of Animalists get along well and unite forces worldwide to promote the Cause for Animal Rights as best as possible, without being judgmental against each other. Together we´re stronger! Shared, for sure and thank you so much for this!

Ofcourse people slim down on malnutrition. Because their body is starving…
While if people are fat, it shows how nourished they are from their food.
The issue is that they just eat TOO MUCH…
And this "vegan transformation" crap truly is nonsense in fact!
Since vegans can be fat aswell, because coke, fries, crisps and stuff is all vegan!

Vegetarian for 48 years, vegan for 3 weeks (so far) Obviously I don't feel any different, but I am now losing weight which I don't want or need to do, so if anyone has any good dietary advice I would be most appreciative, I know more muscle would gain weight but I am already happy with my body shape, but unless I can find a good balance I will start to look gaunt and undernourished, thanks.
