I'm glad you are better. I subscribed to Djehuty a while back 🙂 I need to do a detox myself.

I don't think I'll ever become vegetarian, but I have made a commitment to have veggie centered dinners monday – friday. Wish me well on this plz!

Hey…much better.i had the flu for 5 weeks and decided to detox for spiritual reasons when I got better. The detox was raw vegan for 20 days and I am doing another cleanse now for 20 days. If you don't know Djehuty Maatra, check out his channel or website dhealthstore. He's a raw food vegan and herbalist and this man drops some serious knowledge. Self made business man, smart as ever! Hope you are well! Love your hair bun. I'm wearing one now too 🙂

Another way is to cut out pork, tHen beef, then poultry, then fish. Also, know why you're doing it. Don't do it just because other people are. Also, it's good to challenge yourself by trying different diets. If it doesn't work, you can stop.

Yeah, I'm in the process now. I cut pork/ beefs out over 15 yrs and was still eating chicken/turkey. My consumption decreased and have done vegetarian, but it's been a little over 40 days with no meat, no dairy. I didn't plan it, it just happened. Im taking it one day at a time.
