Tips on How to Date a Vegetarian:

• Why Go Green?
Ask your date if they have converted to vegetarian or have been so since childhood. It is good to try to understand the reason behind their food choices. It shows that you are interested in knowing more about your date.

• Do Not Show Contempt
The worst thing to do is argue with a vegetarian on why meat rules. No vegetarian appreciates it! NEVER joke about vegetarian food!

• You Eat It Too
Do not forget, you eat fruits, vegetables and grains too! It is not a big deal to eat only vegetarian food and it isn’t bad at all.

• Should You Go Vegetarian?
Your vegetarian date may be against dating meat eater. If you cannot adhere to it, the do not agree. Tell your vegetarian date that you respect their choices and would be delightful if they could respect yours.

• Don’t Pester
Don’t try to chide your vegetarian boyfriend or girlfriend into eating meat if they are NOT willing to do so.

• What About the Fur?
Some vegetarians are careful not just about what’s on their plate, but what they wear too. Avoid hurting their feelings by the use of any such things. Show your love towards animals.

• Where to Take a Vegetarian on a Date
If they are okay with it, you can very well take them to places that serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Over time, most vegetarians come to peace with eating at places serving non-vegetarian food.

    I gotta ask if they serve vegetarian or not and if they have any lactose in it as well.. EVERY SINGLE DAY, THREE TIMES A DAY… KILL ME NOW

    with the females i like facial features are the #1 important thing me and vegetarian and vegan diets are ranked almost as high

    vegans apart from vegetables eat fruits, legumes, beans, grains, starches (potatoes, rice). I totally recommend 🙂 nutritionfacts.org

    Yeah, this can be a tough thing to get around. I dated one a long time ago and she never ate meat, didn't care that I did, but said that she would not cook it for me. Guess what? I wasn't passing up the chance to have this chick cook for me, so I was a vegetarian for a while 🙂
