Couple things Luv,……..English muffin, bad for diabetics…multi grains only….(No white processed flour) ……Margarine, not fit for human consumption…..(2 ingredients away from Tupperware)…..Real Butter, (three ingredients, milk, salt and elbow grease….and you can pronounce all three)……Eggs, Spinach, Salsa,……All good,……Strawberries, 2 or 3,4..All berries are good for diabetics, just in moderation…..lastly……it would appear you are using a non-stick Teflon coated pan which is….kinda o.k. (if you replace them often).BUT…..you are using a metal utensil to stir with,…….that scratches the Teflon from the pan and into your food which is what makes non-stick so toxic. (Wood or plastic only……… it actually says that in the pamphlet when you buy non stick stuff). If that's a cast iron skillet however, please disregard.

This terrible!! Eggs are over cooked and margarine??? You are a terrible cook, sorry 😕…. I pre cook my spinach. Then I scramble eggs add cooked cooked spinach in omelette. Top with warmed salsa or omit salsa completely and add a little feta cheese.

Omg! Did anyone else cringe at the egg shells going back in the carton with the good eggs??? Isn't that a major food safety violation? Put those in the trash girl.

1 cup of strawberries is about 9 carbs (that's with the fiber count subtracted), Eggs about 2 carbs, english muffin 25 carbs and only 1 fiber subtract that 24 carbs!!!! and spinach has carbs too….. this breakfast has to many carbs!!! It's enough to get into a diabetic coma. Please do your research!!!
