Thai Fried Pineapple Rice – Vegan Vegetarian Recip
Food Ingredients
1 cup Rice (cooked and cold, best from the day before, about 3 cups cooked)
1/2 cup Carrots julienned
100-150g Tofu fried and diced
1 cup Pineapple diced (small)
1 Onion chopped
2-3 Cloves Garlic chopped
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Seasoning Sauce (Golden Mountain)
3 tbsp Oil

    instead of the tofu you can put "Beyond Chicken", it tastes just like chicken so it feels like you're having the real thing. =)
