    I just hate the green ones like Cath, I don’t think you taste them so much in the sliced frozen ones, but I’d never buy fresh green ones.. Yuk..luckily you can get two reds and a yellow or orange sometimes..xx

    Yer, I could eat that but only if you cooked it! I’m far to lazy lol. Tell me Cath. I never use fresh herbs as I would always want to wash the life out of them. Is this washing necessary when they are grown indoors? Suppose it depends on whether you use fly killer or not lol. Nice meal. Much love Jane x

    That looked nice Kath…I read an interesting fact about bell peppers the other day, you might already know it…it’s that the ones with three bumps on the bottom are the males, these are best for cooking..
    The ones with four bumps on the bottom are the female peppers, these have more seeds, are sweeter and are best for salads…( not a lot of people know that ha ha)…. be happy xx
