Ingredients: -2 Portabella Mushroom Caps -1/8 cup of Italian Dressing -1/4 cup of spinach -1/2 Zucchini -1/8 cup of grape tomatoes -1/8 cup of white onion -1/8 cup of Parmesan cheese -1egg -1/4 cup of Cheddar cheese Instructions: -Baste your Mushrooms with some Italian dressing. Put in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and drain the excess water. – Mix your veggies, Parmesan and the egg together for filling. Top the mushroom with filling. -Top filling with cheddar cheese -Put back in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. BOOM!
