Thali is nothing but a plater filled with variety of dishes.
Today, i am sharing my take on south Indian Thali. Typically, Thali consists of appetizers, main course, sides and desert.
This south indian thali consists of Masala vada and appalam(papad) as appetizer, for main course i am serving sambhar, rasam, rice and curd.
Potato fry and Broadbeans(avarakai/chikkudukaya) fry as side dish. Finally for dessert, i am serving rava kesari. This is such a tasty thali. You can serve this on festivals as a lunch menu.
I really hope you try make it. Please subscribe to my channel. thank you for watching.

I personally thought the Maharastrian thali has more depth in cooking than this one.

To hell with decoration. You are cooking in Teflon, Aluminium and using Plastic instruments.. All extremely bad for health, except that it just looks bright.
