Welcome to Week 5 on my Slimming World/Get Less Fat Quest!
This week I’m showing you all some of my favourite meat free staples I often keep in my freezer. Let me know any tips or recipes you have beliow 🙂

    Ooh I've seen people do pizza topped chicken before but it's never crossed my mind to do it on a quorn fillet 🙌🏻🙌🏻 so excited to try that! X

    Thank goodness for Quorn, etc 🙂 Although I cook from scratch, I tend to veer more on the lazy side too so keeping stuff in the freezer is great (I tend to stress out a bit with fresh veg in the fridge- I always feel under pressure to use it up before it goes off which is ridiculous!) I recently tried Morrison's veggie 'sausages' which were basically potato and cheese cakes lol (and definitely not SW friendly). I hear the LM red pepper and chorizo-style sausages are good but I haven't tried them. Have you come across Becca from the Once in a Lullaby channel? She's a vegetarian who follows this plan too 🙂
