    well.
    some of us can't even have milk, we are sensitive to it.
    although it may seem natural, but milk contains a lot of extra hormones, of which some people's body adjust with.
    others like me have skin issues, could any kind of juice be alternative to that ?

    Hi Guru, The diet plan sounds perfect for a vegetarian, which I too am, and I have already downloaded the pdf but my biggest problem is I work in odd hours. I normally sleep in the morning around 5-5:30 and I am asleep until 11:30-12. How can I tweak the diet to suit my schedule?
