    Guru Bhai, iss video mein aapne ek bahut badi mistake dikhayi hai aur public ne woh dekhi hai and God knows kitne logone aapke sath sath woh mistake ko copy or follow kiya hai. You're locking your knees while leg press exercise which is definitely not correct and it's too risky. Despite of knowing the risk of locking knees while doing leg press, aap yeh galati kar saktey ho, I seriously can't believe it.

    Hi Gurumaan, my legs & calves are lacking far behind,
    compared to therest of my body, even though i workout
    my legs frequently(2 times per week)and hard as my other
    bodyparts.

    Its not only my problem.so many people are going through
    the same SKINNY LEGS problem.

    Okay I like guru but where is king of exercise squats? And where is leg curl.. it's the only exercise or hamstrings which focus on ham only… I don't like this video

    if i follow good bulking buy by excess caloric intake is somewhere
    around 800-1300 and my exercises are constant, would i gain fat or loose
    muscles? Really confused.. need help.

    I have been taking home made weight gainer shake(banana+oats+peanut butter+curd) and i need to know if it will make me fat..
