    I am proud of you bro…… i became vegetarian and i completely lost all muscle mass…….. whats your dietary regimen. I don't see much definition in your muscles as well… i have similar problem especially on belly. but my biceps and triceps have better definition. please connect with me ….looking for diet that works…esp when I can't digest milk and cheese…
