Perhaps you two are familiar with "The Ranch" restaurant their in your hometown. I remember years ago I was in business and we had a lunch catered from there. their coleslaw was the best! But I know it is not Vegan.
lol was funny when you said you could "Go cold Turkey." I'm thinking you might want not to use a meat reference!
    Good central California family!

Father of 3 (Son just born 11 days ago!), really struggling with taking that final plunge in to the raw vegan lifestyle. I would consider myself an 80-20 kind of guy. I juice raw organic veggies for breakfast and lunch and I eat a "normal" dinner with a small portion of meat protein. Been doing this for the past 2 years. Wife is a hard sell, even on the 80-20. Its motivating for me to see 2 beautiful ladies who look very healthy on a raw vegan lifestyle. Thanks for sharing. Lifelong subscriber!

Hi meeper! Thanks for watching. Britnee and I are both very healthy! We are not tiny little vegan people. lol Our bodies are the shape they are supposed to be. We eat and move and get sun and rest! That's about it. I am about 15 lbs overweight according to the charts, but that's just me. I'm a girl and I have some fat to me! Britnee is into bodybuilding, so she has bulk too. Weight loss comes slower to us, no matter what we do. But the main point is to feel great, and that we do!

I found that Coconut Milk is fortified with b12. I buy that all the time. It's really good!!! Add some sugar that you know isn't processed with bone char and it's the most sweetest thing you could ever taste. 🙂

Hi Ian, I wrote you a long response, but for whatever reason it's not there! grrrr!!! What I was saying was that this earth is not going to have a choice but to be vegans within about 20-30 years. We're running out of water!! If it takes 2500 gallons of water to produce 1lb of beef and only 60 to produce one pound of vegetables the only logical choice is to go vegan!!! As long as people understand they need to supplement b12 then we should all do just fine. 🙂 Keep up your new vegan ways!

Also, starting out, I was 212lbs, now I'm 196lbs. As a strict vegan, that is not even consuming honey— pure maple syrup is a great replacement— I have lost 16 pounds since March. I laid off the healthy vegan foods for a little so I maintained my weight, but now I'm running again, and sticking to the healthy vegan foods, and now the fat is almost falling off.

Seriously, veganism is the way to go if you want to lose weight. I have more energy snince I ate animal products. I love this diet.

I actually started about 2 or 3 days after I saw a bullfighting video. So, I'm only going to remain vegan until the "sport" of animal cruelty comes to a complete stop(i.e dogfights, duck hunting, fishing) but sadly that's not going to happen, so I'm a vegan for life.
I love those palm trees in the background by the way…

Water fast or juice fast. Remember water fasting is serious business! Should always be supervised. Juice fasting is much safer. I'm not an expert on either, but I would advise you to do your homework first. Also, remember that if you fast you will most likely have pretty heavy detox symptoms. Just depends on your personality and what your goals are. Good luck and thank you for watching and commenting. Wish you all the best on your journey <3 Shelly
