RAW VEGAN CHEESECAKE

Open for the recipe to this easy, delicious, no bake, healthy, raw, vegan cheesecake!

Crust:
1 cup medjool dates
1 cup almonds
1/4 cup coconut

Filling:
2 cups soaked cashews
1 cup maple syrup
1 can of full fat coconut milk
1 lemon
Vanilla
Salt

Toppings:
Fruit, nuts, seeds, chocolate, whatever you want!

(You can also use a food processor instead of a blender)
I used a 6 inch pan but you can use a bigger one and double the recipe if you want!
When you’re done making the cake let it sit in the freezer for at least 4 hours. When you’re ready to serve, take it out of the freezer about 15 minutes before to thaw out a bit.

    I'm not a vegan but i can't eat anything with milk so seeing a vegan alternative to something i can't eat anymore helpful
    I miss eating cheese, ice cream basically anything with milk

    Yeah, it's vegan but because of the coconut butter it's going to raise your LDL cholesterol even worse than lard and beef fat would. I am amazed at the number of vegan who use coconut oil thinking it's a great ingredient. It's one of the rare plant fat that is dangerous for your health.

    Just made this! I wouldn’t really call it a cheesecake to be honest it tastes nothing like a cheesecake. Mine didn’t have the texture of one either. It is a good dessert though!! I just need to think of a different name for it.

    Made this today!! It’s amazing I used a much bigger shallower cake pan so the cream was a good amount but make sure to double the crust to get an even coating. Froze it all day and it was like vegan ice cream cake everybody flipped their shit over it SO GOOOOOD 😭😭😭😭💘💘💘
