    I have noticed that you mix fruit with your meals. I can never do that because I get bloated. I only eat fruit 2-3 hours before or after meals..or as a meal itself. Anyone else has this problem?
    Also…I used to mix fruit in my morning porridge ….the only one I could tolerate, but my nutritionist said it was wrong…what is your opinion on this?
