Ingredients/ Method

Veggies of your choice
(I used broccoli, carrots, potatoes, onions and turnips)
Salt and Paprika
Curry sauce ( Or Curry Powder + Coconut Milk)
Noodles ( I used Buck wheat Soba noodles)
Oil for cooking

Method: Saute veggies. Add Salt and Paprika. Boil noodles. Add in sauce into veggies. Mix Well. Cook until Veggies are almost done. Add noodles. Combine and stir together. Enjoy.

    Yum! Want to try this. We love red curry. Tonight we are having green curry shrimp….we love all things curry and this is so easy. Tomorrow I must make a run to our huge Chinese grocery store and will stock up and try those noodles. Thanks.
