    I disagree to rinse or soak romaine or any other greens chopped because of leaching of nutrients to the water

    Thanks for the lunch ideas; most helpful. I wanted to share something I just discovered and I am not sure if you have found them or not. It is something called reCaps, they are lids for mason jars that allows you to turn your mason jar into a to go cup or use them to pour stuff out more easily. They are super awesome and make things a little more convenient. I accidentally found them on-line and I have found them to be helpful. Anyways, thanks again for the great lunch ideas 🙂 much appreciated.

    I Also remember your vídeo comparing lettuce and potatoes' nutrición values…the tendency we have towards starch…Dr McDougall talks about the importance of starch – high glycemic load- for human…but for most of us is the high- way to Hell!!….i don't want to be so afraid of ripe bananas or of eating too much sweet fruit…!!

    You have explained us how insuline issues are caused mist due to fat intake. I'd like though a vídeo where you can tell us about high load fruit and insuline sensitivities…Just not to be do afraid of fruit like bananas, dates, papayas and so on…I sometimes crave starchy bananas to replace muy parboiled-rice addiction , but fibd them much too sweet…smoothies eith greens are better option…
